The story of Ebb and Flow

Lynn owns Ebb & Flow, a candle and gift shop in Woodborough near Pewsey, Wiltshire. She is also a full-time carer for her husband, who lives with Parkinson’s and dementia. When he became ill, Lynn stepped away from her corporate career in hotels and hospitality to care for him, knowing she needed to protect her own mental health and wellbeing along the way.

Already drawn to holistic living and spiritual growth, Lynn poured her heart into creating a space that reflects calm, compassion and connection. Ebb & Flow is a true haven — a place where people are welcomed with open arms, invited to enjoy a coffee, have a chat, and feel supported. The shop is a natural extension of the online Parkinson’s support group Lynn already runs, offering love, understanding and community both online and in person.

At the heart of Ebb & Flow is a commitment to quality, environmentally friendly and vegan candles — beautiful to look at and kind to the planet. But the candles are just the beginning. Lynn now offers Reiki, meditation and spiritually inspired collections, including her much-loved Goddess range, all flowing from her own ongoing spiritual journey.

You’ll find Lynn at spiritual events, circles, craft fairs, local shops and hotels. She offers generous trade pricing and a white-label service for therapists, hotels, gift stores and businesses who would love their own branded candle or diffuser range.

The moment it all became real was on the day Ebb & Flow opened — surrounded by friends on the floor, labeling, painting and supporting one another. When a friend said, “This is exactly what you’ve always wanted,” Lynn knew she had created something truly special.
